Welcome to Wild Feather Hunt
Club. The preserve is on 649
acres of our family farm. It is
gently rolling hills, with creeks,
ponds, grassy draws, corn and
bean fields, and an abandoned
railroad bed. There are some
cane areas planted for extra
winter cover. We do not take
more than 3 reservations at a
time so you have over 200 acres
to hunt on.
You are welcome to bring your
own dog or we lease dogs for
$25 a day.

many birds you want to purchase,
with a minimum of four birds per
person, any combination. Hens
may be shot and there is no limit
on the amount of birds
purchased. Prices may rise in
the fall but any hunt booked
before September 1, will be
honored at these prices. There
is a $30 per person hunting fee.
Pheasants are $17 each, quail $7
each, chukar $12 each, huns $14
each.

All hunting and fishing licenses may be purchased at the hunt club including a
$14.50 preserve license for Iowa or out-of-state hunters who only want to hunt on a
preserve. Regular out-of-state licenses are $89. Anyone born after 1967 must have
proof of a hunter safety course to get a license.
